The Global Egyptian Museum

This statue portrays a king seated on a low-backed chair and resting one hand flat on his knee while holding a folded cloth in the other. 

He wears the Nemes headdress and the pleated Shendyt kilt. The ceremonial beard, symbol of his royal dignity, is attached to his chin. 

The whole statue is painted in red. The uraeus, or royal cobra, is missing and the beard is partly broken. Signs of erosion are visible on the whole statue.

Cette statue représente un roi assis sur une chaise à dossier bas avec une main posée à plat sur son genou et l'autre tenant un tissu plié. 

Il porte la coiffe Nemès et le kilt Shendyt plissé. La barbe de cérémonie, symbole de sa dignité royale, est fixée sur son menton. 

La statue est entièrement peinte en rouge. L'uraeus, ou cobra royal, manque et la barbe est partiellement cassée. Des signes d'érosion sont visibles sur toute la statue

تمثال لملك جالس على كرسي بظهر منخفض، ويضع إحدى يديه منبسطة على فخذه؛ بينما يمسك بالأخرى قطعة قماش ملفوفة. 

ويرتدي الملك نقبة الشنديت، ويضع على رأسه غطاء النمس؛ كما يظهر بلحية طقسية احتفالية رمزاً للوقار الملكي. 

والتمثال مطلي باللون الأحمر، كما أن الصل الملكي مفقود واللحية مكسورة جزئيا؛ وتظهر آثار تآكل على مجمل التمثال.
