Description
The toy is in the shape of a lion, which, unusually, is lying on its stomach like a human being with its hind legs stretched out on the floor. Due to the absence of a mane, it appears to be a lion cub or a lioness. It has two small holes, one on the head and the other in the place of the tail. It was used as a toy and was found with two other statuettes, a monkey and a bird, in the tomb of King Tutankhamun.
