Description
The two necklace plaquettes, of which the provenance is not known, show an openwork decoration figuring spirals. The motif is originally from the island of Crete, but the production is surely egyptian. The pieces, which are provided with a suspension ring, date from the New Kingdom.

De twee plaquettes van een halssnoer, waarvan de herkomst onbekend is, tonen een opgengewerkte versiering met spiralen. Het motief is van oorsprong afkomstig van Kreta, maar de vervaardiging is zeker Egyptisch. De stukken, die voorzien zijn van een draagring, dateren uit het Nieuwe Rijk.
Les deux plaquettes de collier, dont la provenance n'est pas connue, montrent un décor ajouré figurant des spirales. Le motif est originaire de l'île de Crête, mais la production est sûrement égyptienne. Les pièces, qui sont pourvues d'une bélière, datent du Nouvel Empire.
Die beiden Endstücke eines Halskragens, deren Herkunft unbekannt ist, weisen ein durchbrochenes Dekor in Spiralform auf. Das Motiv stammt aus Kreta, aber die Produktion ist sicherlich ägyptisch. Die mit Ringen versehenen Stücke datieren in das Neue Reich.
Le due placchette di collana, la cui provenienza non é nota, mostrano una decorazione traforata raffigurante delle spirali. Il motivo é originario dell'isola di Creta, ma la produzione é sicuramente egiziana. I pezzi, che sono muniti di un'ariete, datano al Nuovo Regno.
Estas duas placas de um colar, cuja proveniência se desconhece, mostram uma decoraçäo aberta en forma de espirais. O motivo é originário da ilha de Creta, mas a produçäo é certamente egípcia. As peças, que possuem um aro, datam do Império Novo.
Las dos plaquitas de collar, de procedencia desconocida, presentan una decoración calada en forma de espirales. El motivo es originario de la isla de Creta, pero la producción seguramente sea egipcia. Las piezas, que están provistas de un pequeño saliente para colgarlas, datan del Imperio nuevo.
