Description
These fragments of papyrus, which come from Oxyrhynchus and which date from the 2nd century of our time, carry extracts of the comedy "Ploutoi" of Cratinus (5th century BC). This writer originally from Athens was a big name of ancient comedy. None of his works have been passed on via medieval manuscripts. Several fragments of the same manuscript are preserved in the Museum of Florence.

Deze papyrusfragmenten, die afkomstig zijn uit Oxyrhynchus en die dateren uit de 2e eeuw van onze tijdrekening, bevatten uittreksels van de komedie van de "Plutoi" van Cratinus (5e eeuw voor Christus). Deze schrijver afkomstig uit Athene was één van de grote namen van de antieke komedie. Geen enkel van zijn werken is overgeleverd door de middeleeuwse geschriften. Enkele fragmenten van hetzelfde manuscript worden bewaard in het Museum van Florence.
Ces fragments de papyrus, qui proviennent d'Oxyrhynchus et qui datent du 2e siècle de notre ère, comportent des extraits de la comédie des "Ploutoi" de Cratinus (5e siècle av. J.-C.). Cet écrivain originaire d'Athènes était un des grands noms de la comédie ancienne. Aucune de ses oeuvres n'a été transmise par les manuscrits médiévaux. Quelques fragments du même manuscrit sont conservés dans le Musée de Florence.
Diese Papyrusfragmente aus Oxyrhynchos, die in das 2. Jahrhundert n. Chr. datieren, enthalten Auszüge aus der Komödie "Plutoi" des Kratinos (5. Jahrhundert v. Chr.). Dieser Schriftsteller aus Athen war einer der großen Namen der antiken Komödie. Keines seiner Werke ist durch mittelalterliche Handschriften erhalten geblieben. Einige Fragmente des gleichen Manuskripts sind im Besitz des Museums von Florenz.
Questi frammenti di papiro, che provengono da Ossirinco e che datano del II secolo della nostra era, contengono degli estratti della commedia dei "Plutoi" di Cratinus (V secolo a.C.). Questo scrittore originario di Atene era uno dei grandi nomi della commedia antica. Non vi é alcuna delle sue opere che non sia stata trasmessa dai manoscritti medievali. Alcuni frammenti dello stesso manoscritto sono conservati nel Museo di Firenze.
