The fragment shows a pharaoh with the nemes-headdress with uraeus, a ceremonial beard, collar and the andjety-crown, facing right. He presents the hieroglyph meaning "field" (Gardiner M20) to a (now missing) deity, of whom only a part of the uas-sceptre is still visible. The remains of two cartouches are visible above the offering.
The relief is very deep, the collar and the head dress are poorly detailed.
