Scarab with a trapezoidal head and clypeus, eyes in relief, a rounded thorax separated from the elytra by an incised line; the elytra feature a V-shaped incision. The legs are in relief. On the flat base are eight lines of text, separated by incised lines. The scarab is pierced lengthwise.
