Description
Green faience scaraboid carved on both surfaces. The recto is adorned with a recumbent sphinx whose royal head bears the blue crown, protected at the front by a vulture with spread-out wings and, at the back, a winged serpent. The verso is inscribed with a text which mentions Menkheperre (Thutmosis III) as the "Son of Amun, Prince of Ipet-Sut (Karnak)".

Ce sacaraboïde en faïence verte est gravé sur ses deux faces. Le recto est orné d'un sphinx couché dont la tête royale est coiffée de la couronne bleu, protégée à l'avant d'un vautour, qui étend ses ailes, et à l'arrière d'un serpent ailé. Le verso est inscrit d'un texte qui cite Menkheperrê (Thoutmosis III) comme le "Fils d'Amon, Prince d'Ipet-Sout (Karnak)".
