Description
Lovely miniature cup of the Classic Kerma period with a rounded base and a wide flaring mouth ending in a tapered lip. The clay is fine, black and shiny. The wide rim is coloured black, the exterior surface of the body brick-red. Miniature vases were generally reserved for children's burials.
