Description
Calciform tulip vase with a worn, wide flat rim, S-shaped body and tapered lip. The clay is fine, shiny, brick-red with an irregular, wide black rim. A single grey patch is reminiscent of the traditional white band of this type of Classic Kerma pottery.

Vase "tulipe" caliciforme avec un large bord aplati usé, une panse évasée en S terminée par une lèvre effilée. La pâte est fine, lustrée, rouge brique avec un large bord noir irrégulier. Une seule tâche grise rappelle la bande blanche traditionnelle de ce type de poterie de Kerma Classique.
