Description
Non-enamelled scarab found beside the deceased's right forearm, placed like a bracelet. The anatomical details are succinctly depicted: head, clypeus, prothorax suggested by two lateral incisions and the legs by a horizontal circle. On the back, two crenellated lines represent the elytra. The rings of a dummy setting are carved in the stone at both extremities. The flat surface is deeply incised with prophylactic symbols and a floral motif. This scarab was never used as a seal.
