The text of this stela has entirely disappeared and only a few neb signs ("lord, all, every") can still be read in the lunette of the stela. The decoration is located in two sections. The lunette or upper section and body of the stela are separated by a wide band (originally dark blue?). In the lunette, three barely identifiable deities are depicted seated, facing a small offering table. They appear to be, from left to right, Hathor, who was worshipped at Mirgissa/Iken, Montu, wearing a solar disc flanked by two horns and mounted with two tall plumes, and a deified king wearing the white crown of Upper Egypt.  In the lower section, the dedicator (?) and his family are depicted facing the opposite direction. From left to right, the first person appears to be the dedicator of the stela, leaning towards a large vase. He is followed by a man who might be carrying a fan (a standard bearer ?) and two women, the first one wearing a long flowing, wavy-hemmed cloak. Whereas the gestures of the figures can still be more or less identified, there are no details left identifying what they are actually holding nor are there any legible elements of their names, except for the beginning of the phrase "his daughter" above the cloaked lady.

Stèle dont les textes ont entièrement disparu: seuls quelques signes neb ("seigneur, tout, chaque") peuvent encore être lus dans le cintre de la stèle. Le décor est organisé en deux parties. Le cintre et le corps de la stèle sont séparés par une large bande (bleu sombre à l'origine?). Dans le cintre, de la gauche vers la droite, trois divinités à peine identifiables sont assises et font face à une petite table d'offrandes. Il pourrait s'agir d'Hathor, vénérée à Mirgissa/Iken, de Montou, coiffé d'un disque solaire encadré de cornes et surmonté de deux hautes plumes, et d'un roi divinisé qui porte la couronne blanche de Haute &Eacute;gypte. Dans la partie inférieure, le dédicant(?) suivi de sa famille se dirigent en sens inverse des divinités. De gauche à droite, le premier personnage semble être le dédicant de la stèle et se penche vers un grand vase. Il est suivi d'un homme qui paraît porter un éventail (un porte-étendard?) et de deux femmes dont la première est vêtue d'un long manteau flottant aux bords ondulés. Si les attitudes des personnages peuvent encore être devinées, aucun détail de ce qu'ils tiennent et aucun élément de leur nom ne sont plus lisibles. Seule subsiste, au-dessus de la femme au manteau, le début de l'expression "sa fille".
