Tesson d'un bol de très belle qualité, en partie noir et lustré à l'intérieur, brossé à l'intérieur, de forme hémisphérique. Il s'apparente aux bols du Groupe C (voir L 1537 (h)) et porte un décor incisé qui imite la vannerie: un damier de bandes hachurées. Une ligne imprimée en poinçon souligne la lèvre. La pâte blanche qui emplit les creux met en valeur le décor.

Sherd from good quality bowl. Hemispherical in shape, it was black, shiny and polished inside. Reminiscent of C-Group bowls (see L 1537 (h)), it bears an incised basketry imitation decoration: a checkered pattern with hatching. A further impressed dotted line emphasises the lip. The white paste that fills the hollow of the incisions enhances the decorative elements.
