Description

Lovely little vase very carefully manufactured (the clay is fine, pure, well fired and red-orange). The base is flat, the body pear-shaped with a tall and narrow neck and with an unrestricted mouth and a small convex lip. It could have contained perfume or unguent. It was found in a dwelling.

Joli petit vase, très soigné (la pâte est fine, pure, bien cuite, rouge-orangé), lissé. Le fond est plat, la panse piriforme avec un col haut et étroit et une ouverture évasée avec une petite lèvre convexe. Il devait probablement contenir des parfums ou onguents et a été découvert sur un habitat.
