Description
Here is a fragment of fabric entirely made of linen, tightly woven but quite irregular in certain areas. Small cylinder-shaped beads of blue or green faience were knotted to a linen thread during the weaving process. The irregularities observable in certain areas seem to be related to the disappearance of these beads.
