Description
Thick-walled spoon shaped like half an egg, with a long squarish handle, the end of which was bent and worked into a duck's head. Eyes and beginning of the bill are clearly carved in relief, as is the join between the neck and the handle, where a striped motif was applied. Spoons with long handles were used in the cult when liquids had to be transferred from large jars to smaller ones.
