Description
This vase in alabaster was found during the excavations of J. Garstang at Abydos in 1908-1909. It presents a classical form: a slight rounded base, an oval belly and a large flaring cylindrical neck with a flat rim. The receptacle dates from the New Kingdom.

Deze albasten vaas is gevonden bij de opgravingen van J. Garstang in Abydos in 1908-1909. De vaas heeft een klassieke vorm: een kleine ronde voet, een ovale buik en een grote cilindrische uitlopende hals met een platte rand. Het vaatwerk dateert uit het Nieuwe Rijk.
Ce vase en albâtre a été retrouvé lors des fouilles de J. Garstang à Abydos en 1908-1909. Il présente une forme classique: un léger pied arrondi, une panse ovale et un large col cylindrique évasé muni d'un bord plat. Le récipient date du Nouvel Empire.
Dieses Alabastergefäß wurde bei den Grabungen von J. Garstang 1908-1909 in Abydos gefunden. Es besitzt eine klassische Form: einen feinen gerundeten Fuß, einen ovalen Körper und einen breiten, zylindrischen, sich erweiternden Hals mit flachem Rand. Der Behälter datiert in das Neue Reich.
Questo vaso di alabastro é stato ritrovato durante gli scavi di J. Garstang ad Abydos nel 1908-1909. Esso presenta una forma classica: un leggero piede arrotondato, una pancia ovale e un largo collo cilindrico svasato munito di un bordo piatto. Il recipiente data al Nuovo Regno.
Este vaso de alabastro foi encontrado nas escavaçöes de J. Garstang em Abidos em 1908-1909. Apresenta uma forma clássica: um pequeno pé arredondado, uma pança oval e um longo gargalo cilíndrico e abrindo em cima com um rebordo plano. O recipiente data do Império Novo.
