Description
A fragment of a shabti belonging to Amenirdis, a 'God's Wife of Amun' and sister of Shabaka, pharaoh of the 25th Dynasty. The shabti is made from a highly polished serpentine, the torso is well defined and modelled. The hands and ends of the lappet wig are delicate. Three horizontal bands of finely incised text remain.

Deel van een oesjabti van Amen-ir-dis, een 'Godsvrouwe van Amon' en de zuster van Sjabaka, farao van de 25e dynastie. De oesjabti is gemaakt van zeer gepolijste slangesteen en de torso is goed gedefinieerd en gemodelleerd. Handen en de uiteinden van de pruik zijn verfijnd. Er zijn nog drie horizontale banen fraai ingegraveerde tekst te zien.
Fragment d'un ouchebti appartenant à Amenirdis, une "Épouse du dieu Amon", et soeur de Chabaka, pharaon de la XXVème Dynastie. L'ouchebti est en serpentine polie. Le torse est soigneusement détaillé et façonné. Les mains et les extrémités des retombées de la perruque sont d'une grande délicatesse. Trois bandes horizontales de texte sont finement gravées sur la statuette.
Ein Fragment eines Uschebti, das der Amenirdas, einer "Gottesgemahlin des Amun" und Schwester des Schabaka, eines Pharao der 25. Dynastie, gehörte. Das Uschebti besteht aus stark poliertem Serpentin, der Torso ist gut ausgebildet und modelliert. Die Hände und die Enden der Perücke sind zart gearbeitet. Drei horizontale Streifen des fein eingeritzten Textes sind erhalten.
Frammento di usciabti appartenente ad Amenirdis, "una moglie del dio Amon" e sorella di Shabaka, faraone della XXV Dinastia. L'usciabti è in serpentino levigato, il torso è ben definito e modellato. Le mani e le estremità delle falde della parrucca sono rese con delicatezza. Tre fasce orizzontali di testo finemente inciso sono visibili.
Fragmento de estatueta funerária pertencente a Amenirdis, "Esposa do deus Amon" e irma de Shabaka, faraó da XXV dinastia. A estatueta é feita em serpentina fortemente polida e com torso minuciosamente modelado e definido. Maos e pontas da peruca foram trabalhadas de forma cuidada. Três barras horizontais de texto, minuciosamente gravado, ainda sao visíveis.
Fragmento de ushebti perteneciente a Amenirdis, una «Esposa del Dios Amón» y hermana de Shabaka, faraón de la Dinastía XXV. El ushebti está hecho de serpentina muy pulida; el torso está bien definido y modelado. Las manos y los extremos de los mechones de la peluca son delicados. Se conservan tres bandas horizontales de texto magníficamente inciso.

A gift to the Museum from Major Dixon Nuttall in 1961. The fragment was confirmed as part of a royal shabti of Amenirdis by Peter Clayton in 1967, cf: 4 fragments at University College/Petrie Museum, London.
