Description
This fragment of moulded glass comes from the excavations of B. Grenfell and A. Hunt at El-Bahnasa in 1904-1905. It is part of a decorative plaque of which the background was in the colour blue and the motifs in the form of stems were of green-yellow colour. The piece dates from the beginning of the Roman Period.

Dit fragment van gegoten glas is afkomstig uit de opgravingen van B. Grenfell en A. Hunt in El-Bahnasa in 1904-1905. Het is onderdeel van een decoratieve plaat waarvan de basiskleur blauw was, met daarop in groengeel motieven in de vorm van stelen. Het stuk dateert uit het begin van de Romeinse Periode.
Ce fragment de verre moulé provient des fouilles de B. Grenfell et A. Hunt à El-Bahnasa en 1904-1905. Il faisait partie d'une plaque décorative dont le fond était de couleur bleue et les motifs en forme de tiges de couleur vert-jaune. La pièce date du début de la Période Romaine.
Dieses Fragment aus geformtem Glas stammt aus den Grabungen von B. Grenfell und A. Hunt 1904-1905 in el-Bahnasa. Es gehörte zu einer Dekorkachel mit blauem Grund und Motiven in Form grünblauer Stiele. Das Stück datiert in den Beginn der Römerzeit.
Questo frammento di vetro fuso proviene dagli scavi di B. Grenfell e A. Hunt a El-Bahnasa nel 1904-1905. Esso faceva parte di una lastra decorativa il cui fondo era di colore azzurro e i motivi a forma di steli di colore verde-giallo. Il pezzo data all'inizio del Periodo Romano.
Este fragmento de vidro moldado é proveniente das escavaçöes de B. Grenfell e A. Hunt em El-Bahnassa em 1904-1905. Fazia parte de uma placa decorativa cujo fundo era de cor azul e os motivos em forma de caule de cor verde amarelado. A peça data de inícios do Período Romano.
