Description
A steatite shabti figure with a rippled wig. It wears a kilt gathered into a long pleated panel at the front, with an inscription on it. The figure is wearing the clothes of the living and as such is identified as an overseer of a gang of shabti workers, who were represented in mummiform shape.

Oesjabtifiguur van steatiet met golvende pruik. Het draagt een rok met een lang geplooid deel aan de voorkant met daarop een inscriptie. De figuur draagt de kleding van de levenden en wordt daarom geïdentificeerd met de opzichter van een groep oesjabti-arbeiders, die als mummies zijn weergegeven.
Ouchebti en stéatite, coiffé d'une perruque ondulante et vêtu d'un pagne comportant, à l'avant, un long panneau plissé et inscrit. Le personnage arbore le costume des vivants et, comme tel, est identifié comme étant le contremaître d'une équipe d'ouvriers ouchebtis habituellement momiformes.
Ein Uschebti aus Steatit mit gewellter Perücke. Es trägt einen Schurz, der vorne einen langen plissierte Fläche bildet, die beschriftet ist. Die Figur trägt die Kleidung der Lebenden und kann dadurch als Aufseher einer Gruppe von Arbeiteruschebti identifiziert werden, die mumiengestaltig dargestellt wurden.
Usciabti in steatite dalla parrucca increspata. La figura indossa un gonnellino raccolto in un lungo quadro a pieghe con un'iscrizione. La figura indossa le vesti di una persona vivente e veniva in questo modo identificata come soprintendente di una squadra di operai usciabti, che erano rappresentati con corpo mummiforme.
Estatueta funerária em esteatite, com peruca ondulante. Usa saiote representado em longo painel pregueado, na parte da frente, com inscriçao. A figura usa vestes dos vivos, estando identificado como intendente de grupo de trabalhadores de estatuetas funerárias, representados mumiformemente.
Ushebti de esteatita con peluca rizada. Viste un faldellín fruncido con un gran panel plisado en la parte frontal con una inscripción. La figura lleva ropas de persona viva y eso lo identifica como el superintendente de un grupo de trabajadores ushebtis, que aparecen representados momiformes.

This shabti was originally in the private collection belonging to the author Sir H. Rider Haggard. He bequeathed his collection to the Castle Museum, Norwich. In 1956 Liverpool Museum purchased the greater part of the Near Eastern collection from there.
