Ondiepe houder van mandwerk, uit het grafveld uit de 1e Dynastie bij Tarchan, tussen Memphis en de Fajoem. De korf illustreert hoe uitzonderlijk goed het materiaal op de site bewaard is gebleven, gedurende vijfduizend jaar, evenals het op hoog peil staande vakmanschap in deze periode.

Récipient peu profond en vannerie, découvert dans le cimetière datant de la Ière Dynastie, situé à Tarkhan, entre Memphis et le Fayoum. Le panier témoigne de l'exceptionnelle préservation du matériau vieux de cinq mille ans mis au jour sur le site et de la complexité des techniques mises en oeuvre durant cette période.

Flacher Korbbehälter aus dem Friedhof der 1. Dynastie in Tarchan zwischen Memphis und dem Faijum. Der Korb demonstriert sowohl die außerordentlich gute Erhaltung von Materialien an diesem Ort über fünf Jahrtausende hinweg als auch die Geschicklichkeit des Handwerks zu jener Zeit.

Basso contenitore, proveniente dal cimitero, della Prima Dinastia, di Tarkhan, situata fra Menfi ed il Fayum. Il cesto mostra l'eccezionale conservazione del materiale sul sito, per cinquemila anni, così come illustra l'artigianato del periodo.

Cesto fundo, do cemitério da I dinastia em Tarkhan, entre Mênfis e o Faium. O cesto ilustra o excelente estado de conservação do material proveniente deste sítio, tal como a complexidade do artesanato da época.

Contenedor de cestería poco profundo procedente del cementerio de la Dinastía I de Tarjan, entre Memphis y el Fayum. La cesta es un ejemplo de la extraordinaria conservación del material del yacimiento, de hace cerca de quinientos años, así como de la compleja artesanía del período.
