Description
Schematically carved stone scarab with banded legs, and plain wing-cases. This type of scarab was made in the 3rd Intermediate and Late Periods, not as a seal or amulet for the living, but to be placed in the wrappings of mummified bodies among other amulets.

Schetsmatig uitgesneden stenen scarabee met gekerfde poten en eenvoudige dekschilden. Dit type scarabee werd in de 3e Tussenperiode en de Late Periode vervaardigd, niet als zegel of als amulet voor de levenden, maar om temidden van andere amuletten te worden gelegd in de windsels om de gemummificeerde lichamen.
Scarabée en pierre, schématiquement sculpté, pourvu de pattes rayées et de simples élytres. Ce type de scarabée était fabriqué pendant la Troisième Période Intermédiaire et à Basse Époque, non pour servir de sceau ou d'amulette pour les vivants, mais pour être placé sur les corps momifiés parmi d'autres amulettes.
Schematisch gearbeiteter Skarabäus aus Stein mit gestreiften Beinen und glatten Flügeldecken. Dieser Skarabäentyp wurde in der 3. Zwischenzeit und in der Spätzeit hergestellt, und zwar weder als Siegel noch als Amulett für die Lebenden, sondern um, zusammen mit anderen Amuletten, zwischen die Binden einer Mumie gelegt zu werden.
Scarabeo di pietra schematicamente intagliato con gambe fasciate e semplice cassa alare. Questo tipo di scarabeo è stato fabbricato nel Terzo Periodo Intermedio ed in Epoca Tarda, non come sigillo o amuleto per i vivi, ma per essere posto fra le bende dei corpi mummificati assieme agli altri amuleti.
Escaravelho em pedra esculpido de forma esquemática com patas unidas e élitro liso. Este tipo de escaravelho data do Terceiro Período Intermediário e da Época Baixa, não como selo ou amuleto para os vivos mas para ser colocado, entre outros amuletos, nas roupagens dos corpos mumificados.
Escarabeo de piedra esquemáticamente tallado con patas rodeadas y élitros sencillos. Este tipo de escarabeo se fabricó en el Tercer Período Intermedio y en la Baja Época no como sello o amuleto para los vivos, sino para ser colocado junto con otros amuletos entre las vendas de los cuerpos momificados.
