The golden coin bears a portrait of Arsinoe the Second. The queen wears a stephane, which is a high, triangular-shaped headpiece, with her hair pulled to the back and secured in a bun, which is visible beneath her veil. 

The portrait of Arsinoe is youthful. She has a long slender nose, pointed chin, and two Venus rings on the neck. Below the ear, there is a small horn. 

On the reverse of the coin, a double cornucopia, called a dikeras, is knotted with a diadem and filled with the fruits of Egypt. It refers to the queen's role as provider.

Cette pièce en or est ornée d'un portrait de la jeune Arsinoé Deux. Cette reine porte un "stéphane", ou haut casque triangulaire. 

Ses cheveux sont tirés en arrière et remontés en un chignon visible sous le voile. Elle a un nez long et fin, un menton pointu et deux anneaux de Vénus sur le cou. En dessous de l'oreille, on peut voir une petite corne. 

Sur le revers de cette pièce, une double corne d'abondance, qui s'appelle dikeras, est remplie de fruits égyptiens et nouée avec un diadème. Elle fait référence au rôle de "fournisseur" joué par la reine.

تحمل العملة الذهبية صورة لارسينوي الثانية، حيث تلبس الملكة القلنسوة (ستيفاني) المرتفعة المثلثة وقد امتد شعرها على الظهر مثبتاً بعقدة قصيرة ترى من تحت النقاب. 

ذلك في صورة نضرة لارسينوي، بما لها من أنف طويل دقيق وذقن مدبب وقلادتي فينوس حول العنق، ومن تحت الأذن قرن صغير. 

أما الوجه الآخر من العملة فعليه كورنوكوبيا (قرن الخيرات) مزدوجة تسمى "ديكراس" معقودة بإكليل وتحفل بفاكهة مصر إشارة إلى سخاء الملكة وعطائها.
