Description
This statue, which shows a fat man named Harwa, was found headless. Harwa, who owned a huge tomb situated near the temple of Deir el-Bahari, is represented with dangling breasts, a big belly, a rather strange kilt, and both hands by his sides. The kilt and the back of the statue bear some hieroglyphic inscription giving the name and titles of its owner.

Cette statue, qui représente un homme corpulent s'appelant Harwa, fut découverte sans tête. Harwa, qui possédait une tombe immense située près du temple de Deir El Bahari, est représenté ici avec une poitrine tombante, un gros ventre, un kilt plutôt étrange et les deux mains le long de son corps. Le kilt et l'arrière de la statue comportent des inscriptions hiéroglyphiques indiquant le nom et les titres de son propriétaire.
تمثال، عثر عليه بدون رأس، يصور رجلا بدينا يسمى حاروا. وكان حروا يقتني مقبرة ضخمة قريبة من الدير البحري، ويصوره التمثال بثديين متدليين، وبطن كبير، ويرتدي نقبة غريبة؛ ويداه تتدليان إلى جنبه. ويحمل كل من النقبة وظهر التمثال بعض الكتابات الهيروغليفية التي تعطي اسم وألقاب صاحب التمثال.
