The Global Egyptian Museum

This elegant masterpiece of Egyptian art depicts Horemhy kneeling and holding a plinth, or slab, surmounted by a ram's head. A relief shows the sistrum, or rattle, of Hathor on the front face of the plinth while on its sides there is a hieroglyphic text. 

Horemhy is dressed in a puff dress with wide sleeves. He wears on his head a beautiful wig covering the tops of his ears; a figure of Osiris is engraved on his chest.

Cette élégante oeuvre de l'art égyptien représente Horemhy à genoux et tenant un socle, ou une dalle, surmonté d'une tête de bélier. Un relief représente le sistre, ou la crécelle, de Hathor sur la partie avant du socle. Sur les côtés, on peut lire un texte hiéroglyphique. 

Horemhy est vêtu d'une robe bouffante avec de larges manches. Il porte sur la tête une magnifique perruque couvrant la partie supérieure de ses oreilles. Une représentation d'Osiris est gravée sur sa poitrine.

قطعة من روائع الفن المصري القديم الأنيق، تصور حورمحي راكعا ممسكا بلاطة يعلوها رأس كبش. وتحمل البلاطة في واجهتها نقشا يصور صلاصل حتحور، وعلى جانبيها نقوش بنص هيروغليفي. 

وصور حورمحي مرتديا ثوبا منتفخا واسع الأكمام، ويضع فوق رأسه باروكة جميلة تغطي قمة أذنيه؛ كما حفر شكل المعبود أوزيريس على صدر التمثال.
