Description
The statue depicts Sobekemsaf standing in the traditional pose with the left leg stepping forward. He wears the Nemes royal headdress and the Shendyt royal kilt. His two arms are stretched along his body and he holds in his hands the royal hankerchief. Between his two legs, we can see the image of his son with a vertical line that gives the name of the king's son. The king steps over the nine bows, the symbol of the traditional enemies of Egypt, which is engraved on the base of the statue along with the names of the king.

Cette statue représente Sobekemsaf debout dans la pose traditionnelle avec la jambe gauche vers l'avant. Il porte la coiffe Nemès royale et le kilt royal Shendyt. Ses deux bras sont tendus le long de son corps et il tient dans ses mains le mouchoir royal. On peut voir entre ses deux jambes une représentation de son fils avec une ligne verticale indiquant son nom. Le roi piétine les neuf arcs, symbole des ennemis traditionnels de l'Egypte, qui est gravé sur la base de la statue à côté des noms du roi.
يصور سبك ام سا إف فى وضع الوقوف التقليدى ورجله اليسرى تتقدم خطوة للأمام. ويرتدى الملك غطاء الرأس الملكى والنقبة الملكية التى تسمى الشنديت. أما ذراعيه فممدودتين الى جانبيه ويمسك المنديل الملكي بيديه. ويظهر بين ساقيه صورة لابنه مصحوبه بنقوش رأسية تشير الى اسمه. ويطأ الملك بقدميه على الأقواس التسع التى ترمز للأعداء التقليديين لمصر وهى منقوشة على قاعدة التمثال كما نقش أيضاً أسماء الملك.
