The Global Egyptian Museum

This statue was broken into two pieces that were found separately and were not reassembled until the year 1990. A recent study has permitted the reassembly of the two parts.

The statue depicts the great pharaoh Ramesses the Second sitting on a low-backed throne and wearing the Double Crown and the pleated royal kilt. 

His name is written on the belt and his titles are engraved on the back pillar of the statue.

Cette statue fut brisée en deux parties. Celles-ci furent retrouvées séparément et ne furent rassemblées qu'à l'année 1990 après Jésus-Christ. Une étude récente a permis de rassembler les deux parties ensemble.

Elle représente le grand pharaon Ramsès Deux assis sur un trône à dossier bas. Coiffé de la double couronne, il porte le pagne royal plissé. 

Son nom est écrit sur sa ceinture et ses titres sont gravés sur le pilier de soutien.

كان هذا التمثال مكسوراً إلى قطعتين وجدتا متفرقتين ولم يرمم إلا فى عام 1990 بعد دراسة حديثة. 

ويمثل التمثال الفرعون العظيم رمسيس الثانى جالساً على عرش بظهر قصير ولابساً التاج المزدوج ونقبة ملكية ذات ثنيات. 

وقد نقش اسمه على الحزام، أما ألقابه فقد نقشت على العمود الخلفى للتمثال
