This round-topped stela is decorated above with the two sacred Udjat eyes and the Shen ring, which symbolize protection and power. The main scene in the upper register depicts the dedicator, who was a soldier, and his wife Iiy-em-Nefer. Both pray to Osiris and offer onion, cucumber, bread, meat, grapes and wine to the enthroned Osiris, Lord of the hereafter. 

The god wears a long, close-fitting white garment and the Atef crown. He is holding his two emblems of power and authority and wears a long, curved, sacred false beard and a broad collar. 

The lower register is divided in two, the left part depicts an offering scene of a man called Wepi-mes who is offering and pouring libation water to his father Neb-Seni and the lady Iby. They share the same seat, which is painted black. Iby who wears a long dress embraces her husband with both arms.

The right-hand part of the register shows two scenes of men and women without specifying their relationship to the others. They are sitting and smelling the scent of lotus flowers. The names of these five persons are inscribed on their figures. All the men wear short wigs and collars and the women have long wigs fastened with bands and long white dresses with one shoulder strap.

Cette stèle arrondie est ornée sur le haut des deux yeux sacrés Oudjat et de la bague Shen, symbole de protection et de pouvoir. La scène principale sur le registre de la partie supérieure représente le dédicataire, un soldat et son épouse Iiy-em-Nefer. Ils prient tous deux à Osiris et offrent des oignons, des concombres, du pain, de la viande, des raisins et du vin à Osiris, l'intronisée, seigneur de l'au-delà. 

Le dieu est vêtu d'un long vêtement blanc cintré et de la couronne Atef. Il tient les deux emblèmes de pouvoir et d'autorité et porte une fausse barbe sacrée, longue et recourbée, ainsi qu'un large col. 

Le registre de la partie inférieure est divisé en deux, la partie de gauche représente une scène d'offrandes d'un homme surnommé Ouepi-mes qui offre et verse de l'eau sacré à son père Neb-Seni et à la dame Iby. Ils partagent la même chaise, de couleur noire. Iby, vêtue d'une longue robe, enlace son mari des deux bras. 

La partie droite du registre représente deux scènes d'hommes et de femmes sans aucunes informations quant à leurs relations. Ils sont assis, et sentent les fleurs de lotus. Les noms de ces cinq personnages sont inscrits sur leurs figures. Tous les hommes portent des perruques courtes ainsi que des cols, les femmes elles ont de longues perruques attachées par des bandes ainsi que de longues robes blanches à bretelle unique.

لوحة جنائزية مستديرة القمة ومزينة من أعلى بزوج من أعين "أوجات" المقدسة، وحلقة "شن"؛ التي ترمز معا إلى الحماية والسلطة. ويصور السجل الرئيسي صاحب الإهداء الذي كان جنديا، وزوجته المدعوة إي-إم-نفر. ويتضرع الاثنان إلى أوزوريس، رب العالم الآخر الجالس على عرشه، ويقدمان له القرابين من البصل والقثاء والخبز واللحم والعنب والخمر. 

ويرتدي الإله ثوبا طويلا أبيض حابكا ويضع فوق رأسه تاج "أتف"، ويمسك في يديه رمزي القوة والسلطة؛ كما يضع لحية مستعارة طويلة مقوسة مقدسة، ويزين عنقه طوق عريض. 

وينقسم السجل الأدنى إلى قسمين، يصور الجزء الأيسر منهما مشهد قرابين لرجل يدعى وبي-مس الذي يقدم قربانا من شراب يصبه لوالده نب-سيني وللسيدة إبي؛ الجالسين على نفس المقعد المطلي باللون الأسود. وتحتضن إبي، التي ترتدي ثوبا طويلا، زوجها بذراعيها. 

أما الجزء الأيمن من السجل، فإنه يصور مشهدين لرجال ونساء؛ دون بيان الصلة التي تربط الواحد منهم بالآخر. وهم يجلسون ويستنشقون عطر زهور اللوتس. وقد نقش اسم كل واحد من الأشخاص الخمسة على الشكل الذي يمثله. ويضع جميع الرجال باروكات شعر قصير مستعار على رءوسهم، وأطواقا حول أعناقهم. وترتدي النساء باروكات شعر طويل مستعار مثبتة بأشرطة، كما يرتدون ثيابا طويلة بيضاء مزودة بشريط كتف واحد.
