Description
A headless statue of a literary person or an orator is depicted standing on a base. His left leg is slightly bent and his right leg is straight so that it can support the body weight. The statue is seen to have a Roman toga tied on the chest with diagonal folds on the left side of the body that cover his left arm. His left arm is folded at the elbow and holds one of the toga's ends while the right arm is stretched along the body.

Cette statue sans tête représente un homme de lettres ou un orateur debout sur une base. Sa jambe gauche est légèrement pliée et sa jambe droite est tendue afin de pouvoir soutenir le poids du corps. Cette statue porte une toge romaine attachée sur la poitrine avec des plis en diagonale sur le côté gauche du corps qui lui couvre le bras gauche. Son bras gauche est plié au niveau du coude et il tient dans la main une des extrémités de la toge alors que son bras droite tombe le long de son corps.
تمثال لمثقف أو خطيب بدون رأس يقف على قاعده. القدم اليسرى للتمثال تتقدم منثنية عند الركبة، واليمنى مشدودة تحمل ثقل الجسم. التمثال يرتدى توجا رومانية مربوطة على الصدر وذات ثنايا قطرية على جانب الجسم الأيسر، وتغطي الذراع الأيسر. أما الذراع الأيسر فتنثنى من عند الكوع وتمسك بأحد أطراف الثوب بينما الذراع اليمنى تمتد بمحاذاة الجسد
