The Global Egyptian Museum

A sandstone slab showing a woman lying on one side; on the upper section, there is a rectangular frame containing three naked children facing forward. There is an aureole in the upper portion of the rectangle and round the head of the woman. 

The woman is resting with her left arm on a couch and her right arm extends further than her right knee. The artist tried with some success to indicate the feminine physical parts of the woman.

Une plaque en grès représentant une femme allongée sur le côté; sur la partie supérieure apparaît un cadre rectangulaire représentant trois enfants dénudés représentés de face. Une auréole apparaît dans la partie supérieure du rectangle et autour de la tête de la femme.

La femme est allongée, son bras gauche sur un divan et son bras droit étendu plus bas que son genou droit. L'artiste a ainsi voulu détailler les aspects féminins de cette dame.

لوحة من الحجر الرملى، مصور عليها سيدة راقدة على أحد جانبيها، ويعلوها مستطيل بداخله ثلاثة أطفال عرايا فى وضع مواجهة. ويتدلى من الضلع العلوى للمستطيل شكل هالة تحيط برأس السيدة. 

صورت السيدة وهى متكئة بذراعها الأيسر على أريكة، بينما تمد يدها اليمنى إلى مابعد ركبة القدم اليمنى. وقد نجح الفنان في محاولته لإظهار الصفات الأنثوية للمرأة ببراعة فائقة.
