De oesjabti van Hoeynefer is gekleed in de kleding der levenden en met de handen op de driehoekige schort staat hij in een biddende houding.  De rugkant is beschreven met een korte inscriptie, waarbij de aanvang geleend is van de standaard oesjabti spreuk, 'De verheerlijkte, de Osiris, de Schrijver van de Heer van Beide Landen, Hoeynefer, waar van stem.'
