A sistrum surmounted by an image of a lying cat nursing two kittens. Across the top of the instrument are four bars with curved extremities. On its sides are relief figures of a wheat stalk on a crescent moon (right side) and a solar disk with two plumes, also on a crescent moon (left side). The cylindrical handle expands towards the extremity, where it ends in a sort of spherical button.
