Aside of their role within the tomb decoration, the funerary cones were used also as deposit objects, a sort of votive food offering due to their appearance, similar to that of a kind of bread. This funerary cone belonged to a priest of Thutmosis III's temple, called Amunemka, accompanied by his wife, the singer Merytre.
