Hemispherical vase covered in soot. On the lip it bears a pattern of incised triangles; the base, weakened from use, was reinforced with a layer of earth applied with the thumb. Found in one of the most important tombs at Sai, it is representative of all the cooking vessels of the first half of the 2nd millennium BC in Nubia.
