Amulero que representa al dios Ptah, de pie, envuelto en un manto ceñido. Cabeza está rapada y facciones poco marcadas. Barba postiza. Lleva las manos sobre el pecho, sosteniendo un cetro "uas" que llega hasta los pies, y una esclavina alrededor del cuello.
