Lieu de découverte: 
Trouvé lors des fouilles de P. Jouguet et G. lefebvre dans le secteur de Ghôran Magdôlan.

État de conservation: 
Etat de conservation satisfaisant, avec une encre bien noire sur un fond de papyrus assez clair. Les fibres superficielles n'ont guère souffert.

Commentaire du texte: 
Coupon inférieur gauche d'un document, dont subsistent les débuts de 6 lignes, plus détachées de ce qui précède, deux débuts de lignes ayant formé souscription. Grandes marges inférieure et gauche.
