Description
Ovoid jar with a flat bottom, rounded base, tall and narrowed neck and simple lip in continuation of the body. The entire vessel was misshapen during the throwing process. The clay is a coarse Nile clay, with large quantities of minced organic temper, that was polished. Both this vessel and a cup were found in a modest tomb and were used for libations.
