Description

Asymmetrical jar stand with a triangular lip at the base and a flared opening with a simple lip at the top. The clay is common and orange (Nile clay) and has been carefully polished as well as covered with a light red ochre wash.

Support de vase asymétrique à base terminée par une lèvre triangulaire et sommet évasé avec une lèvre simple. La pâte, commune orangée (argile du Nil) est soigneusement lissée et peinte d'un léger "wash" à l'ocre rouge.
