Description
Asymmetrical jar stand. The lower rim is flared and has a triangular lip, the upper rim ends with a convex lip. The object was wheel-thrown, polished except on the inside of the base where cutting marks are still quite visible. The exterior surface and the upper lip were entirely covered with a very light red wash.

Support de vase asymétrique, le bord inférieur étant évasé avec une lèvre à profil triangulaire, le bord supérieur étant terminé par une lèvre à profil convexe. L'objet est tourné, lissé sauf la base interne où les traces du couteau sont encore très nettement visibles. La surface extérieure et la lèvre supérieure ont été entièrement couvertes d'un "wash" rouge très léger.
