Description
Lovely vase with an ovoid body and a high and narrow neck with a flared rim and convex lip. The highly micaceous clay is fine, containing an organic temper, and is covered with a brick-red wash. Two concentric circles were impressed on the shoulder before firing. Three vessels of this type were placed in this 18th Dynasty child's tomb.

Joli vase à la panse ovoïde, au col haut et étroit, au bord un peu évasé avec une lèvre convexe. La pâte est fine, fortement micacée et avec un dégraissant végétal, lissée et couverte d'un wash rouge brique. L'épaule porte deux cercles concentriques imprimés avant cuisson. Trois vases de ce type avaient été déposés dans cette tombe d'enfant de la XVIIIème Dynastie.
