Description
Very beautiful tulip vase with a flattened base and a flaring S-shaped profile. The vessel is of a high quality with a fine shiny clay and a white band between the wide dark rim and the brick-red body. This type of vessel is typical of the Classic Kerma. It can be found in tombs, stacked by the dozen, but it was also used in everyday life.
