Description

Bottle with an ovoid body and a tall and narrow flaring neck with a convex lip. The vessel is covered with a thick brick-red slip that has been burnished, the resulting vertical stripes making the vessel look like Kerma ceramics.

Bouteille à la panse ovoïde, au col haut et étroit, s'évasant avec une lèvre convexe. Le vase est couvert d'un épais engobe rouge brique poli, d'où des rayures verticales l'apparente aux céramiques Kerma.
