Description
Canopic jar with lid in the shape of a baboon's head. The stocky body of the vessel has curved walls, which taper towards the broad base. The wide rim is bevelled slightly on the inside. The bottom has only been roughly smoothed. Inside, only the upper third of the jar has been hollowed out in a cylindrical shape. On the front is a vertical inscription in black ink.

Canope met deksel in de vorm van een baviaankop. De gedrongen buik heeft gebogen wanden die naar de bodem toelopen. De brede rand is aan de binnenkant iets afgeschuind. De bodem is slechts ruw gepolijst. De binnenkant is voor eenderde uitgehold, grofweg cilindrisch. Op de voorkant bevindt zich een inscriptie in zwarte inkt.
Vase canope muni d'un couvercle en forme de tête de singe. La panse présente des parois galbées qui s'effilent jusqu'à la base. Celle-ci est large. Le bord biseauté est légèrement tourné vers l'intérieur. La base a été grossièrement polie. Seul le tiers du vase a été creusé; l'intérieur ressemble à un cylindre. Sur le devant, figure une inscription verticale exécutée à la peinture noire.
Kanopengefäss mit Deckel in Form eines Affenkopfes. Der gedrungene Gefässkörper hat eine gewölbte Wandung, die sich zur breiten Standfläche hin verjüngt. Die weite Mündung ist nach innen zu etwas abgeschrägt. Der Boden ist nur grob geglättet. Im Inneren ist nur das obere Drittel des Gefässes zylindrisch ausgehauen. Auf der Vorderseite befindet sich eine senkrechte Aufschrift in Schwarzer Tinte.
Vaso canopo con coperchio a forma di testa di babbuino. Il corpo tarchiato del vaso ha la parete ricurva, rastremata verso la larga base. La larga imboccatura è leggermente inclinata verso l'interno. La base è levigata grossolanamente. All'interno solamente la parte superiore del vaso è stata scavata secondo una forma cilindrica. Sul davanti vi è un'iscrizione verticale dipinta di nero.
Vaso canopo com tampa em forma de cabeça de macaco. O corpo do vaso tem paredes curvas com o ponto de viragem a meio da altura, tendo a boca e a base quase o mesmo diâmetro. A base foi rudemente alisada. No lado de dentro apenas um terço do vaso foi perfurado numa rude forma cilíndrica. Na frente está uma inscrição a preto.
Vaso canopo con tapa en forma de cabeza de mono. El cuerpo grande del vaso tiene paredes curvadas que se afilan hacia la ancha base. La ancha boca tiene un pequeño saledizo hacia el interior. El extremo inferior sólo se alisó burdamente. En el interior el tercio superior de la jarra se ahuecó en forma cilíndrica. En la parte frontal hay una inscripción en negro.
