The Global Egyptian Museum

Dit zeer grof gemodelleerde beeld stelt een knielende man voor die een naos voor zich houdt. De grofheid van het beeld is vooral aan de zijkanten zichtbaar. De armen zijn vormeloos en plat, maar de schedel is rond van vorm.
De rugpijler was al gladgemaakt, vreemd genoeg gezien de onvoltooide staat van dit beeld.

Cette statue grossièrement sculptée représente un homme agenouillé tenant un naos devant lui. La facture sommaire de l'objet est surtout visible sur les côtés. Les bras sont informes et anguleux, mais le crâne est déjà rond.
Le pilier dorsal a été poli, ce qui est étrange si l'on tient compte de l'état de la statue.

Die erst sehr roh zugerichtete Statue stellt einen knienden Mann dar, der vor sich einen Naos hält. Besonders an den Seiten wird der Rohzustand der Skulptur deutlich. Die Arme sind unförmig und außen flächig, der Scheitel des Kopfes ist schon gerundet. 
Der Rückenpfeiler ist bereits geglättet, was beim restlichen Zustand der Statue auffällig ist.

Questa statua modellata molto grossolanamente raffigura un uomo inginocchiato che tiene un naos davanti a sè. Lo stato grezzo della statua si nota soprattutto sui lati. Le braccia sono senza forma e piuttosto piatte, ma il cranio ha una forma arrotondata. 
Il pilastro dorsale era già stato levigato e ciò costituisce una particolarità rispetto alla condizione in cui si trova il resto della statua.

Esta estátua, crudemente trabalhada, mostra um homem ajoelhado a segurar um naos à sua frente. A fraca qualidade da estátua é especialmente visível de lados. Os braços n&atilde;o têm forma e s&atilde;o achatados, mas o crâneo é arredondado. O pilar dorsal foi alisado, o que é estranho tendo em conta o estado da estátua.

Esta estatua toscamente modelada representa a un hombre arrodillado que sujeta una naos delante de él. La tosquedad de la estatua es especialmente visible en los laterales. Los brazos no tienen forma y son angulares, pero el cráneo ya había sido redondeado. El pilar dorsal ya había sido alisado, algo raro cuando se ve el estado del resto de la estatua.

This very coarsely modelled statue depicts a kneeling man holding a naos in front of him. The coarseness of the statue is particularly visible at the sides. The arms are shapeless and angular but the skull has already been rounded. The back pillar had already been smoothed, which is strange when the state of the rest of this statue is taken into account.
