De stèle wordt aan drie zijden begrensd door een torusrol en heeft bovenaan een kroonlijst. Er zijn vier verschillende secties op de stèle. Het bovenste deel bestaat uit drie horizontale tekstregels met de offerformule voor Osiris en Min. Daaronder volgt een afbeelding van een man die voor een offertafel zit, tegenover een knielende man. Ze zijn van elkaar gescheiden door de bijschriften. De twee onderste registers hebben dezelfde indeling: drie knielende personen, met links een vrouw en tegenover haar respectievelijk twee mannen en twee vrouwen. Ook zij zijn van elkaar gescheiden door de bijschriften. De onderste helft van de stèle is erg verweerd.

The stela is framed on three sides by a torus moulding and crowned at the top by a cavetto cornice. The decorated surface is divided into four separate sections. The upper part consists of three horizontal lines of inscription with the offering formula for Osiris and Min. Underneath this is the representation of a man sitting in front of an offering table with a kneeling man opposite. They are separated by the texts. Both the lower registers have a similar layout with three kneeling people, one woman on the left with either two men or two women next to her. They are also separated by the inscriptions. The lower half of the stela is very damaged.

La stèle est entourée, sur trois côtés, d'un tore et surmontée d'une corniche à gorge. Elle est divisée en quatre sections séparées. La partie supérieure comporte trois lignes de texte, une formule d'offrandes destinée à Osiris et à Min. Au-dessous, un homme est assis devant une table d'offrandes; un autre homme est agenouillé. Ils sont séparés par des inscriptions. Les deux registres inférieurs présentent la même disposition: Trois personnages agenouillés, une femme à gauche et, face à elle, deux hommes ou deux femmes. Ils sont également séparés par des inscriptions. La moitié inférieure de la stèle est très dégradée.

Die Stele wird an drei Seiten von einem Rundstab eingefaßt und oben von einer Hohlkehle abgeschlossen. Die Bildfläche gliedert sich in vier Abschnitte. Der obere Teil besteht aus einer dreizeiligen horizontalen Inschrift mit der Opferformel an Osiris und Min. Darunter folgt die Darstellung eines sitzenden Mannes vor einem Opfertisch und eines knienden Mannes gegenüber. Die beiden werden durch die Beischriften getrennt. Die beiden unteren Register sind ähnlich aufgebaut: drei kniende Personen, davon eine Frau links und zwei Männer bzw. zwei Frauen gegenüber; jeweils durch die Beischriften getrennt. 
Die untere Hälfte der Stele ist stark korrodiert.

La stele è incorniciata su tre lati da una modanatura a toro ed è sormontata da una cornice a gola. Vi sono quattro sezioni separate sulla stele.
