Description
This unique necklace with rows comes from the excavations of W. F. Petrie at Rifa. It is composed of beads of bone, beads of blue-green faience and beads of cornaline, split on both sides by a large shell which was the pendant. The piece dates from the Middle Kingdom or from the 2nd Intermediate Period.

Dit unieke halssnoer is afkomstig uit de opgravingen van W.F. Petrie in Rifa. De ketting bestaat uit benen kralen, kralen uit blauwgroene faience en kornalijnen kralen, gescheiden door een grote schelp die als hanger dient. Het stuk dateert uit het Middenrijk of uit de 2e Tussenperiode.
Ce collier à rang unique provient des fouilles de W. F. Petrie à Rifa. Il est composé de perles en os, de perles en faïence bleu-vert et de perles en cornaline, réparties de part et d'autre d'un grand coquillage qui sert de pendeloque. La pièce date du Moyen Empire ou de la Deuxième Période Intermédiaire.
Diese einreihige Halskette stammt aus den Grabungen von W.F. Petrie in Rifa. Sie besteht aus Knochenperlen, blaugrünen Fayenceperlen und Karneolperlen, die durch große Muscheln, die als Anhänger dienen, voneinander getrennt sind. Das Stück datiert in das Mittlere Reich oder in die 2. Zwischenzeit.
Questa collana a fila unica proviene dagli scavi di W.F. Petrie a Rifa. É composta da perle di osso, da perle di fayence azzurro-verde e da perle di cornalina, ripartite sulle due parti di una grossa conchiglia che fa da pendente. Il pezzo data al Medio Regno o al Secondo Periodo Intermediario.
Este colar de uma só volta provém das escavaçöes de W. F. Petrie em Rifa. É formado por várias pérolas feitas de osso, faiança azul e verde e cornalina que partem de uma grande concha central que faz de pendente. A peça data do Império Médio ou de inícios do Segundo Período Intermediário.
Este collar de un sola vuelta proviene de las excavaciones de W. F. Petrie en Rifa. Está formado por cuentas de hueso, de fayenza azul verdosa y de cornalina repartidas a ambos lados de una gran concha de molusco que hace de colgante. La pieza data del Imperio Medio o del Segundo Período Intermedio.
