Description
A very fine blue-glazed faience amulet fragment depicting a lioness-headed goddess, either Bastet or Sakhmet. She holds an object under her chin, resting in her lap, possibly a sistrum. She would have been seated on an open-work throne that may have been decorated with the snake goddess Nehebkau. A loop is behind the head for suspension.

Zeer fraai blauw geglazuurd amuletfragment met leeuwenkoppige godin, Bastet of Sechmet. Onder haar kin heeft ze een object, mogelijk een sistrum die op haar schoot rust. Ze zal hebben gezeten op een ajourwerk troon die versierd kan zijn geweest met de slangengodin Nehebkaoe. Achter de kop zit een oogje om het amulet aan op te hangen.
Très beau fragment d'amulette en faïence bleue émaillée représentant une déesse à tête de lionne, Bastet ou Sekhmet. Sous le menton et posé sur les genoux, elle tient un objet, peut-être un sistre. Elle devait être assise sur un trône ajouré et décoré de la déesse serpent Néhebkaou. L'arrière de la tête comporte un anneau de suspension.
Ein sehr schönes, blau glasiertes Amulettfragment, das eine löwenköpfige Göttin, entweder Bastet oder Sachmet, darstellt. Sie hält einen Gegenstand unter ihrem Kinn, der auf ihrem Schoß ruht, vermutlich ein Sistrum. Sie saß auf einem durchbrochen gearbeiteten Thron, der vielleicht mit der Schlangengöttin Nehebkau dekoriert war. Am Hinterkopf ist eine Öse angebracht.
Frammento di amuleto in faience invetriata di colore blu, rappresentante una dea dalla testa di leone, o Bastet o Sakhmet. La figura tiene in mano un oggetto che poggia sulle sue ginocchia e che potrebbe essere stato un sistro. Probabilmente sedeva su un trono che era decorato con la rappresentazione della dea serpente Nehebkau. Un anello di sospensione era situato dietro la testa.
Fragmento de amuleto em faiança vidrada em azul, minuciosamente trabalhado, representando deusa com cabeça leonina, possívelmente Bastet ou Sekhmet. Segura objecto abaixo do queixo, apoiado no colo, tratando-se provavelmente de sistro. Estaria sentada num trono trabalhado a relevo e decorado, possívelmente, com a deusa cobra Nehebkau. Apresenta presilha na parte de trás da cabeça para suspensao.
Un magnífico fragmento de amuleto de fayenza vidriada de azul que representa a una diosa con cabeza de leona, ya sea Bastet o Sejmet. Lleva un objeto bajo la melena que reposa en su regazo, posiblemente un sistro. Debe haber estado sentada en un trono calado que pudo haber estado decorado con la diosa serpiente Nejebau. Detrás de la cabeza lleva una anilla para colgarlo.
