Description
A fragment of a wooden musical instrument with alternate ebony and ivory pegs. It is probably the neck of a harp and would have held the strings attached to a sound box shaped like a boat. Harps first appeared in the Old Kingdom and had a range similar to that of modern violins.

Een fragment van een houten muziekinstrument met afwisselend ebbehouten en ivoren pinnen. Het is waarschijnlijk de nek van een harp met de stelsleutels; de snaren waren aan het andere uiteinde bevestigd aan een klankkast in de vorm van een boot. Harpen verschenen voor het eerst in het Oude Rijk en hadden een bereik vergelijkbaar met een moderne viool.
Fragment d'un instrument de musique en bois avec des chevilles en ébène et en ivoire. Il s'agit probablement du cou d'une harpe auquel étaient attachées les cordes descendant vers la boîte de résonance en forme de bateau. Les harpes apparaissent dès l'Ancien Empire et avaient une portée comparable aux violons modernes.
Fragment eines hölzernen Musikinstruments mit alternierenden Ebenholz- und Elfenbeinwirbeln. Es handelt sich wahrscheinlich um den Hals einer Harfe und dürfte die Saiten gehalten haben, die an einem Resonanzkörper in Gestalt eines Bootes befestigt waren. Harfen kommen seit dem Alten Reich auf und besaßen eine Verbreitung ähnlich der moderner Violinen.
Un frammento di uno strumento musicale di legno con bischeri alternativamente di ebano e avorio. Si tratta probabilmente del collo di un'arpa e avrebbe avuto le corde attaccate a una cassa di risonanza modellata a forma di barca. Le arpe apparvero per la prima volta nell'Antico Regno e avevano una gamma di intonazioni simile a quella dei moderni violini.
Fragmento de um instrumento musical de madeira com cavilhas de ébano e de marfim alternadas. É provavelmente parte de uma harpa, e teria segurando as cordas ligadas a uma caixa de som com a forma de um barco. As harpas apareceram inicialmente no Império Antigo e tinham uma função semelhante à dos violinos modernos.
Fragmento de un instrumento musical de madera, con las clavijas alternando ébano y marfil. Probablemente se trate del cuello de un arpa, sujetándose las cuerdas en la caja en forma de barca. Las arpas aparecen por primera vez en el Imperio Antiguo, y tienen un registro similar al de los modernos violines.
