Description
A dummy canopic jar made from limestone, in the form of falcon-headed Qebehsenuf, one of the four Sons of Horus. The facial markings are detailed in black paint but the jar is quite crudely modelled. In earlier periods the intestines would have been preserved and packed into the jar.

Dummy canopenvaas van kalksteen, in de vorm van de valkenkoppige Kebehsenoef, een van de vier Horuszonen. De gelaatstrekken zijn aangezet in zwarte verf, maar de vaas is nogal grof gemodelleerd. In vroegere perioden zouden de ingewanden zijn geprepareerd en in de vaas zijn bijgezet.
Vase canope factice en calcaire, en forme de tête de faucon. Il s'agit de Qebehsenouf, l'un des quatre Fils d'Horus. Les traits faciaux ont été détaillés à la peinture noire, mais le vase a été sculpté assez sommairement. Pendant les périodes anciennes, les intestins étaient emballés et conservés dans le vase.
Ein Scheinkanopenkrug aus Kalkstein in Gestalt des falkenköpfigen Kebehsenuef, eines der vier Horuskinder. Die Gesichtszüge sind durch schwarze Farbe hervorgehoben, aber der Krug ist ziemlich grob geformt. In früheren Zeiten wären die Eingeweide einbalsamiert und in die Krüge gelegt worden.
Finto vaso canopo in calcare, avente la forma di Qebehsenuf dalla testa da falco, uno dei Quattro Figli di Horo. I segni del volto sono resi in nero ma il vaso è modellato in modo grezzo. In Epoche precedenti gli intestini erano preservati nei vasi canopi.
Imitaçao de vaso de vísceras, feito em calcário, com a forma da cabeça-falcao de Kebehsenuef, um dos quatro Filhos de Hórus. As marcas faciais estao detalhadas em preto e o vaso modelado de forma rudimentar. Nos períodos mais antigos, os intestinos eram preservados e guardados dentro do vaso.
Un vaso canopo ficticio hecho de caliza y con la forma de Quebehsenuf, con cabeza de halcón, uno de los cuatro Hijos de Horus. Los rasgos faciales están detallados en negro, pero el vaso está burdamente modelado. En periodos más tempranos, los intestinos habrían estado envueltos y conservados dentro del vaso.
