Description
This is one of numerous relief fragments retrieved by the Egypt Exploration Fund in the clearance of the temple of king Nebhepetra Mentuhotep on the West Bank at Thebes. The fragment preserves the upper forepart of a finely sculpted head of a goddess wearing the uraeus, from one of the scenes in which the king was depicted in the company of the gods.

Dit is één van de talrijke reliëffragmenten die door het Egypt Exploration Fund zijn gevonden bij het opgraven van de tempel van koning Nebhepetre Montoehotep op de westoever van Thebe. Op het fragment is het bovenste gedeelte bewaard gebleven van het voorhoofd van een godin die de uraeus draagt. Het is afkomstig uit één van de scènes waarin de koning was afgebeeld in het gezelschap van de goden.
Il s'agit d'un des nombreux fragments de relief retrouvés par les membres de l'Egypt Exploration Fund, lors du dégagement du temple du roi Nebhépetrê Montouhotep, sur la rive occidentale de Thèbes. Ce fragment conserve la face antérieure d'une magnifique tête sculptée appartenant à une déesse portant l'uraeus. Il appartenait à une scène qui figurait le roi en compagnie de divinités.
Dies ist eines der zahllosen Relieffragmente, die von dem Egypt Exploration Fund bei der Säuberung des Tempels des Königs Nebhepetre Mentuhotep in Theben-West aufgefunden wurden. Das Fragment bewahrt das obere Vorderteil eines hervorragend herausgearbeiteten Kopfes einer einen Uräus tragenden Göttin aus einer der Szenen, in denen der König in Begleitung von Göttern dargestellt wurde.
Questo è uno dei numerosi frammenti di rilievo rinvenuti dall' Egypt Exploration Fund durante lo scavo del tempio del re Nebhepetra Mentuhotep sulla riva occidentale a Tebe. Il frammento ha conservato la parte superiore di una testa finemente scolpita di una dea che porta l'ureo, da una delle scene in cui il re era raffigurato in compagnia degli dei.
Este é um dos muitos fragmentos de relevo recuperados pelo Egypt Exploration Fund nas escavações do templo do rei Nebhepetré Mentuhotep na margem ocidental de Tebas. No topo da parte frontal do fragmento encontra-se ainda preservada uma cabeça de deusa, excelentemente esculpida, usando o ureus e inserida numas das cenas onde o rei está representado na companhia dos deuses.
Este es uno de los numerosos fragmentos de relieve de una serie de porteadores de ofrendas o cortesanos hallados por la Egypt Exploration Fund en la limpieza del templo del rey Nebhepetre Mentuhotep en la orilla occidental de Tebas. El fragmento, que conserva la parte superior de la cabeza de una diosa portando la uraeus, forma parte de una escena en la cual el rey estaba representado en compañía de los dioses.
