Rieten pen, aan een zijde gesneden om een punt te vormen, in de Griekse en Romeinse stijl. De gespleten pen is een van de veranderingen in de materiële cultuur onder Macedonische en daarna Romeinse heerschappij, die de faraonische cultuur vervingen.
Rouge, taillé en pointe à l'une de ses extrémités, ce calame est de style gréco-romain. Le calame est l'un des changements dans la culture matérielle adoptés sous la domination macédonienne, puis romaine, remplaçant ainsi les habitudes de l'ère pharaonique.
